In my very first draft of the script for Shameless Acquisition Target, I went on a very long tangent about the history of European economic systems to explain why my problem with the show was capitalism. I ended up cutting it because it didn’t work for the flow of the episode, but I still really like the material. So I’ve picked it up again, given it a bit more work, and now present it here for your enjoyment!
